Hand picked and easy to work with, Café Racer has a loyal stable of highly talented writers, field producers, story producers and most importantly, editors who have worked in companies such as Mark Burnett, Arnold Shapiro, GRB Entertainment, HBO, and Lions Gate. Many are graduates of the USC School of Cinema and have ascended the ranks of expertise at an accelerated pace. Most have been trained by Denham or Shaw, giving the company a professional talent base that works with unison and synergy. Loyalty, cohesion and dedication actually do make a difference to the final product. •  Judith Karfiol Esq. - Legal Representation

Having transitioned from literary agent to entertainment law, Ms. Karfiol has an impeccable reputation as a caring yet hard hitting entertainment lawyer. She and Mr. Denham have a long standing working relationship (a rarity in this field) and has performed the legal work on many of his projects.

•  Gavin Franks - Finance

Gavin is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Finance/Economics and has 20 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant and in production finance. As Vice-President of Production Finance at Fox Family Worldwide he was responsible for overseeing the production accounting for $500 million of domestic and foreign production costs. He has worked on such children's series as "Power Rangers" and "Sweet Valley High"; on television movies or home video as "Addams Family Reunion", "Casper: A Spirited Beginning" and "Richie Rich: A Christmas Wish". His reality experience was on the series "Famous Families", "Real Scary Stories", "Scariest Places on Earth" and "Forever Eden". He and Mr. Denham worked together on the feature "Love Comes to the Executioner" filmed in Montana 2004. Gavin has extensive experience with budgeting, financing, currency hedging, completion bonds, tax credits and all aspects of production. Most recently he produced a low budget feature film in Los Angeles entitled "Ten 'Til Noon" which completed photography ahead of schedule, and yes, under budget.
